Every morning I scour the web and look at 10 random ads (in any medium) from around the non-US world. Then I post for you my Ad of the Day. Some days it will be awesome, some days you might not like it. But it’s the Ad of the Day!

- Client: Pro Infirmis
- Name: “Get Closer”
- Why I like it: It’s very risky in advertising to go with a strong hook, and then, only at the very end, plug in the brand and the brand message. 99.5% of the time it doesn’t work, because the link is not as strong as the hook, and all at that remains in the memory is the “interesting” part of the ad. This is one of those 0.5% when it does work. This ad made me wonder, then it made me happy, and then it made me reflect about the advertiser and their message. What more can one ask for? Really, really, really well done! Congratulations to the folks at Jung von Matt/Limmat for the first “Ad of the Day” from Switzerland.
